Our Story
The story of Antique Revival began with a life- changing trip to Europe in 1996. During his travels, founder Gary Farina developed a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship, history, and character found in European antiques and architectural pieces. Inspired by what he discovered abroad, he returned home with a vision to bring that timeless beauty and authenticity to Texas.
In 1997, Gary turned that vision into reality by opening Antique Revival. What started as a passion for unique antiques and reclaiming treasures quickly grew into a destination for distinctive pieces that add warmth, history, and character to homes and businesses alike.
Gary's love for old-world charm extended beyond antiques. Together with his wife Robbie, he opened Farina's Winery & Cafe in Grapevine, Texas. When designing the space in 2007, incorporated many dark-wood antique pieces and architectural elements, creating an inviting atmosphere that reflected the same European-inspired character and craftsmanship that first inspired him years earlier.
